Return and Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging.
  • Custom or bulk orders are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.

2. Return Process

  • Email info@diyaseatingsolutions.com with your order details and reason for return.
  • Once approved, ship the product back to the address provided. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective.
  • we will process the returns within 10 working days

3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed and credited within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned product.
  • The refund amount will exclude any shipping charges unless the return is due to our error.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling.
  • Sale or clearance items.
  • once we received the damaged product we will process the replacement within 5 working days

5. Shipping Policy

  •  all the oders will be shipped and delivered within 7 to 8 working days
