Return and Refund Policy

- Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging.
- Custom or bulk orders are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
2. Return Process
- Email info@diyaseatingsolutions.com with your order details and reason for return.
- Once approved, ship the product back to the address provided. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective.

3. Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed and credited within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned product.
- The refund amount will exclude any shipping charges unless the return is due to our error.
4. Non-Refundable Items
- Products damaged due to customer mishandling.
- Sale or clearance items.
- once we received the damaged product we will process the replacement within 5 working days
